Jamie spent 30+ years as a mechanical engineer working in places as far-flung as England and a number of factories in Europe. Art has been his "second full-time career," he attributes success in his first career as the groundwork for success in art. Of all the places to find a rekindling of passion for art, Jamie found his at a seminar about running a small consulting business. Every day the course director would ask, "if not now, when?"
Soon after, Jamie picked up an out of town project and the rest was history. For nearly 5 years he was on the road and spending 5 days out of the week in hotels - where he started painting.
